Our customer loyalty card is a great way (at no cost to yourself) to gain better value and obtain regular discounts and special offers, only available to Reward Card holders.

- Regular Letter (usually quarterly) giving a reward ‘cheque’ which can be redeemed against your future purchases. The offer vouchers are not exchangeable for money (sent by post). Included in your letter is at least one exclusive garden or store offer and the notification of other in-store discounts.
- Automatic Membership of our ‘Conservatory Cafe Culture Club’ which will entitle you to a discounted or free cafe offer each month (sent by post).
- Membership of our ‘More from the Store’ Card with a monthly discount or free product offer from the store (sent by post).
- Membership of our FREE ‘Birthday Treat’ in the cafe (subject to us knowing your birthday date).
