DIRECTIONS

From Bideford
Take the A39 towards Barnstaple
At the Roundswell / BP Roundabout take the 3rd exit towards South Molton / M5
At the new Lake Roundabout take the 2nd exit signed South Molton / M5
At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the B3138
At the traffic lights turn right onto Landkey Road, pass the medical centre on your left
Turn left into St. John's Lane
Continue until you arrive at the Garden Centre

From South Molton / M5
Take the A361 towards Barnstaple
As you approach Barnstaple take left turn towards Landkey and Swimbridge
Take 2nd right signposted Newport
Continue on this road passing Portmore Golf Park on your right and crossing the busy A39
Turn right into St. John's Lane
Continue until you arrive at the Garden Centre
